Would you like to learn the fundamentals to being a good mentor? This workshop is for you!
In the workshop we will:
• analyze mentor/mentee techniques
• code of conduct for mentor and mentee
• create mentee driven dialogue- scaffolding
• roles and responsibilities of mentor and mentee
• talk about interpreting with an non-evaluate approach
This workshop is worth 0.4 CEU's and FREE for those who have applied to work as mentors in the GaRID Mentorship Program.
$10 cash at the door for other participants.
